The Service

FadeProof is a client management and artist discovery platform for the tattoo community. It consists of two sides: FadeProof Pro (a paid CRM for independent tattoo artists) and PinUp (a free discovery platform for clients to find artists near them). By using FadeProof, you agree to these terms.

Artist Subscriptions

FadeProof Pro is available for $14.99/month after a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Your subscription renews automatically each month
• You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of your current billing period
• Promotional codes (such as convention codes) may extend your trial or waive the first month

Canvas Users

PinUp is free for canvas users. There is no subscription, no hidden fees, and no plan to charge canvas users in the future. You can browse artist profiles, use the discovery map, and save artists without any payment.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FadeProof to:

• Upload, store, or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Artist Responsibilities

Artists are responsible for the client data they store in FadeProof. This includes ensuring compliance with any applicable privacy laws in their jurisdiction. FadeProof provides the tool — artists determine what data they collect and how they use it. Do not store sensitive financial information (credit card numbers, SSNs) in client notes.

No Warranty

FadeProof is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity, but we are not liable for temporary outages or data loss beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Effective Pixel LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of FadeProof. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the application. Continued use of FadeProof after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
